1. Program Description

Fair & Quick Home Buyers, a brand of CADMEN Barber Academy Corp, sends transactional and conversational SMS text messages to homeowners who have given express written or verbal consent to be contacted by text at the phone number they provided.

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. We do not send advertisements, sales promotions, newsletters, or campaign blasts under this consent. Every message relates to your own property-selling inquiry.

Consent is collected in two ways:

• Website form: you submit a form on www.fairquickhomebuyers.com and check the SMS consent box.
• Phone call: you speak with a member of our acquisitions team and verbally agree, on the recorded call, to receive text messages at your number. The agent states the program name, the message types, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out. Your verbal consent and the date and time are recorded in our system.

Messages relate to your property-selling inquiry and may include:

• Responses to your request for a cash offer on your property
• Help scheduling phone calls or property appointments
• Cash offer details and transaction updates
• Follow-up messages about your inquiry

After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit a new form on our website with the SMS consent box checked, or reply START.
